The restructuring of labour in the contemporary era is less a byproduct of technological advancement than a profound transformation of its spatial, temporal, and relational coordinates. The result is a pressing need to reassess the conceptual models that have long-defined traditional labour coordinates. These changes do not occur in isolation; instead, they are embedded within a broader epistemic and ideological framework that redefines the very architecture of labour. The classical paradigm of organisation, structured around clearly delineated workplaces, fixed working hours and hierarchically determined social relations, is undergoing an unprecedented and increasingly accelerated metamorphosis. This Chapter examines these evolving organisational coordinates by critically engaging with the changing spatial dynamics of workspaces, the erosion of temporal boundaries and the fragmentation of social relations in labour environments.

摘要
