Two new works came to light at the 2017 Taubertiade. Both date from Taubert’s period in Zerbst, a Residenzstadt about 90 km. north of Leipzig, where he served as court dancing master from 1727 (or perhaps two years earlier) to his death in 1746, at 76 years of age.
