When Conflict Stops the Work
摘要
Teams rarely struggle because conflict appears. Conflict is a normal and necessary part of collaborative work. It is the moment when differing interpretations meet the demands of shared decision-making. Conflict reveals where assumptions diverge, where evidence has not been fully understood, and where individual reasoning has not yet become collective reasoning. In healthy product teams, these moments become the starting point of collaboration. In struggling teams, these same moments become the point where progress quietly stops.
