With AI now amplifying the speed and personalization of cybercrime, traditional cybersecurity systems that rely on firewalls, passwords, and static defenses can no longer keep pace. Human error, stress, and burnout among cybersecurity professionals account for most breaches, revealing the brain as the weakest link in digital defense, proposing the introduction of neuroscientific principles and providing the vital solutions of how cognitive process, perception and emotion affect security decision.The chapter stresses upon the multidisciplinary collaboration linking neuroscience, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, ethics, and law to develop “neuro-aware” systems and training programs.Future cybersecurity education should not only teach technical skills but also enhance cognitive control, stress management, and deception detection, marking a fundamental shift from machine-centered protection to a human-centric, neuro-cognitive cybersecurity paradigm that secures both information and the integrity of thought.
