Every quarter, the entire company gathers in one room, team by team, for three full days. During this time, each team presents their objectives and the results they achieved in the past quarter, as well as the ones they plan for the next. The company follows the OKR model—Objectives and Key Results—a framework first popularized by Google. The idea is simple: you state an objective in an ambitious, aspirational way—something bold like “Make our staging environment great again.”
