In this chapter, you will learn how to customize the search criteria in the Employee List view using flexible Xomega criteria framework. In addition to adding and implementing custom criteria, you will learn how to configure the operators for each criteria field or simplify the criteria selection by hiding the operators or displaying criteria fields statically. You will also learn how to set up a dynamic enumeration for a field, where the list of possible values is sourced from the database rather than defined statically. Finally, you will see how to set up cascading selection, where the possible values of one field depend on the value(s) of another field.
