The Change-Layers and Change-Cycle provide us with a consistent method and frame that can link together all of the context-specific content that we need for each individual change, and for architecture as a whole. Now we have that method in place, there are a few other core concerns that we need to watch for in our practice of change-work. In particular, these relate to the different change-roles and their responsibilities and relationships, and the architectural challenges of uncertainty, complexity, and scale.
