This chapter introduces the Snowflake Object Lifecycle Engine (SOLE) and its capabilities in managing and optimizing data products. This framework is designed to simplify the management of Snowflake object configurations, allowing organizations to organize their data products more effectively. SOLE brings a new approach by organizing data objects by domains, offering a more modular, self-describing configuration structure. This shift helps improve accessibility and accuracy across large infrastructures, addressing challenges in object management.
