In the last chapter, we have learned how to create Work, Material, and Cost resources in Microsoft Project, assign resource tasks, and resolve resource overallocation. In this chapter, we will be fine-tuning a project schedule in Microsoft Project which involves reviewing the critical path, identifying schedule issues with Task Inspector, delaying a task or assignment and managing inactive tasks, and finally identifying project scheduling problems.
