In the chapter, we will dive deep into something called the shared responsibility model and how important it is with regard to how you will use the cloud – be it AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The shared responsibility model is the key concept that is used to describe and clearly delineate what the cloud provider is responsible for and what the customer is responsible for with regard to security and compliance to make sure the application/solution in the cloud is secure.
