Conclusion
摘要
To conclude, I would like to go back to the beginning—to the purpose or point of writing this book. Well, it is very easy to run projects that are simple, well-defined, perfectly sized, reliably estimated, sold at a fair price, and with a client who is understanding, patient, well-meaning, and perfectly organized. Under such conditions, everything we have learned in our studies or training, all the project management theory, and the knowledge we have gained during the certification process is completely sufficient and works well.
