Rule 9: Create and Document Your Own Project History
摘要
Each time you start a new project, you think that success is guaranteed if you stick to the contract to the dot. Besides, we’re taught that what matters most is the scope, time, and quality. Students are told that during their IT studies. And then this message is reinforced by all sorts of training courses. It is also said in many coursebooks, including those that help prepare for the certification examinations in project management. So, if you deliver the scope within the agreed timeframe and with the required quality, you’re bound to be successful. Unfortunately, this approach is very childish and naive.
