Publii CMS was originally designed to create and maintain blogs – websites with a home page containing a hero followed by a list of blog entries. This is what the first project in this book was focused on. Blogs have built-in pagination allowing Publii CMS to render sites with hundreds of blog posts. These posts are linked one to the next through the underlying structure of the site that Publii CMS creates. Additionally, a blog site supports tag and author pages permitting alternative methods of navigating posts and articles.
