This book proposes just that: a straightforward, pragmatic, almost magical way for anyone to address and patch the systemic issues we strive to solve but always seem to fall short of. However, “magic” might be the wrong term. While I wish for the implementation to be as effortless as the wave of a magic wand, you'll realize that the magic lies in the awakening of consciousness, continuous trial and error, and the act of making rather small and consistent improvements in the way you do and govern projects.
