Capital is a term that can describe anything that confers value or benefit to owners. The term is used in many fields like financial, social, cultural, human capital, etc. Social capital is a type of capital which empowers an individual to prosper and lead a healthy life in society. This capital is composed of three constructs like trust, norm and networks. Academic library as an institution must have some academic outputs as well as social outcomes. The outcome is composed of five constructs like academic, economic, social, abstract, external variables. In this paper, the authors are interested to find out if any relationship exists between library outcome and social capital.
