Grid Integration of Renewable Energy System (GIRES)
摘要
The proliferation of renewable energy systems into the power grid requires upgraded systems and methods to effectively and efficiently balance the supply from the grid and the renewables to the various loads. Integration of renewable electricity generation plants to distribution grids requires the analysis ( https://www.irena.org/-/media/Files/IRENA/Agency/Publication/2015/IRENA-ETSAP_Tech_Brief_Power_Grid_Integration_2015.pdf ) of several parameter factors [IRENA-2021] which impact the grid’s operation. A major criterion for GIRES is the impact on the grid voltage during normal operations. The various renewable energy sources that can be integrated with the grid are, to a large extent solar, wind and waste-to-energy plants. To a lesser extent we have ocean, tidal, wave and geo-thermal energy plants.
