Self-configurable and nondemobilizable wireless ad hoc networks are called MANETs. A number of security threats are present on the route because of its flexibility. In order to address this, the IDS’s performance should be changed. The machine learning (ML) technique is used in this study to provide a method for enhancing the accuracy and detection rate of the intrusion detection system (IDS) for the AODV routing protocol.
