Due to current technological innovation and industrial expansion, vocational education and training must be improved. Higher education institutions realise the current educational strategy doesn’t prepare students for the workforce. This awareness spreads quickly; virtual reality (VR) can be used to overcome these difficulties, but its pricey technology prevents its widespread adoption in educational contexts. A VR-based interactive education platform is being created here; this article explores major virtual reality technologies, their theoretical underpinnings, and common VR equipment. Guide virtual using 3D modelling, model construction, picture/text panels, video production, and creating 3D scenes includes teaching-designing 3D scenes. 3DMAX and Unity 3D are utilised in this work to generate high-quality photos and video animations that may be used for instructive purposes. To make learning more fun for beginners, we made a platform with a Bluetooth wireless handle, smartphones (both Android and iOS), and virtual reality glasses. This platform solves problems like a lack of teaching materials, old equipment, and professors and students who can’t talk to each other in real time. Artificial intelligence (AI) may be used to analyse training data and simulate training scenarios in physical education. Even if AI research is still in its infancy, it’s important to study how it may be used in sports training since it may help with physical training. This is the first review of AI applications. This paper examines three AI applications in sports training to highlight the basic ideas. In this study, we examine the link between AI and PE, as well as AI’s user-friendliness, convenience, and creative potential.
