Enhancing Fitness Tracking Through Data Visualization for Visual Insights
摘要
Incorporation of daily physical activity (PA) and exercise into lifestyle routines will provide a means for primary disease prevention. The proposed study examines the high impact of lifestyle routine fixation utilizing health and wellness data, including user demographics such as gender, age, height, weight, activity duration, heart rate, body temperature, and calories burned. The analytical facts help to monitor or track the effectiveness of fitness activities. The visual insights help to understand the relationship between these variables and identify factors that influence health and well-being. The analyses include age and gender distribution, heart rate over time, relationships between various health metrics, and scatter plots showing relationships such as weight versus height or exercise duration versus calories burned. By enabling comprehensive research on data sets through these recommendations, it offers users a relationship that can explain and understand the interaction between health and healthy consumption. This integration enables users to make informed decisions about their health and behavior based on clinical and social standards.
