Recent achievements in nanoengineering have a close relationship with biomedical advances. Because conventional methods frequently fail to unlock the special qualities present in biomaterials, nanoengineering is an essential strategy for scientific inquiry and advancement. As a result, biomaterials now work much better and have more capabilities. This chapter discusses the main uses of nanoengineering to advance biomedical treatments and processes, as well as the primary materials used in biomedicine. Research that uses molecular dynamics simulations to improve material performance and expand our understanding of material properties from a nanoengineering standpoint is included in the debate. Furthermore, state-of-the-art methods supporting biomedical nanoengineering applications are discussed, providing motivation for further developments. Additionally, the chapter evaluates possible obstacles for nanoengineering in biomedicine, highlighting important key concerns and proposing possible solutions.

摘要
