Taking the modeling and simulation of a typical structural strength testing verification platform system as an example, the simulation and prediction problem of complex coupled systems in structural strength testing is addressed. Based on the historical loading data of the verification platform, explore modeling and simulation research on control systems, hydraulic systems, and mechanical systems as the main research objects. Establish a structural strength testing system model and conduct time-domain simulation. Due to the common occurrence of multi-point loading in practical engineering, the research process starts from time-domain simulation of single input–single output systems and extends to multi input-multi output systems, The research results indicate that the constructed model can clearly characterize the loading characteristics of the system, and the output of the model can track the load input curve well, providing a basis for the coupling simulation analysis of the structural strength testing system and the optimization of control system parameters.
