摘要

The significance and measurement difficulties of the inlet mass flow rate measured by area-integration method in the core engine experiment are discussed. Principles and methods for implementing inlet mass flow measurement based on craft inlets are presented. The main factors affecting the accuracy of mass flow testing are analysed. Characteristics of the distribution of total temperature, total pressure, and static pressure in the craft intake ducts were obtained through verification experiments. Numerical simulation of the three-dimensional flow field in the craft inlet of the core engine experiment was launched. Correction coefficients due to changes in area and specific heat ratio with temperature were obtained by theoretical analysis of the area integration method. Finally, flow measurement arrangement considerations in core engine experiments are presented.
