Research on Acoustic Emission-Based Online Monitoring of Initial Damage to Aircraft Structures
摘要
The primary strategy for mitigating the risk of unanticipated failure in the static strength test is the prompt and precise diagnosis of aircraft structural damage. Currently, traditional nondestructive testing is insufficient to meet this need. According to relevant research, acoustic emission-based initial damage monitoring of structures is a highly effective technique. The fundamentals of acoustic emission technology for identifying structural damage are presented in this paper. This work presents an online initial damage monitoring method suitable for aircraft structural static strength tests, based on the delta T mapping concept. Thus far, this approach has been successful in achieving initial damage monitoring in several types of aircraft static strength tests.
