In order to improve the portability and scalability of embedded software applications and reduce the cost of software development, this paper designs and implements a distributed service governance framework for embedded environment. Based on the characteristics of embedded software development, the software is redefined as a service and deployed on the operating system. The framework consists of three parts: service layer, lifecycle layer and module layer. The service layer provides service registration and parsing capability, the lifecycle layer realizes service lifecycle management, and the module layer provides service encapsulation ability. And the service management center is designed to realize the function of remote deployment and dynamic reconfiguration of services. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of the framework are verified through experiments.
