Optimization Design Simulation Method of Airborne Electronic Equipment Cooling System

Aiming at the cooling requirement of electronic equipment, a simulation method for optimal design of cooling system for airborne electronic equipment is presented. Firstly, the system model of liquid cooling pump and heat exchanger is built according to the principle of the system. Based on the consideration of the factors of air flow energy consumption and power consumption, the optimization objective function of the system is proposed. According to the multi-objective optimization algorithm, the system optimization simulation model is built by using AMESim-HEEDS simulation platform. The optimization calculation of the liquid cooling pump speed and the air flow in the equipment cooling system is carried out. A simple, fast and feasible optimization simulation method is provided for the design of cooling system of electronic equipment.
