Aiming at the demand of high quality and high efficiency automatic assembly in the field of aircraft manufacturing, a new concept “digital automatic drilling assembly technology of aircraft” under the current development trend of aircraft manufacturing is proposed. From the perspective of aircraft manufacturing and assembly, the manufacturing and assembly problems in the digital automatic drilling assembly technology of aircraft cabin door are studied, and the structure and working principle of automatic drilling equipment are analyzed. This paper analyzes the determination of aircraft cabin door positioning tools, studies the assembly process of aircraft cabin door, analyzes the application process of digital automatic drilling technology in aircraft cabin door, and carries out practical verification and systematic analysis and research on the manufacturability of automatic drilling assembly technology. In order to achieve the purpose of practical application through effective research, and effectively shorten the development cycle of aircraft, reduce production costs and improve the competitiveness of aircraft products.
