This research explores the implementation of a peer-to-peer transient service architecture, focusing on decentralized microservices served by the nearest peers using Wi-Fi Direct. Utilizing Wi-Fi Direct technology, the research facilitates direct communication between devices without relying on traditional networks. This approach allows users to seamlessly exchange data and services in transient contexts. Two distinct services were integrated into the architecture: a sensor-based interaction service and a resource-based computation service. Results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed architecture, showcasing the potential for decentralized, proximity-driven services in various application domains. By showcasing the practicality of peer-to-peer transient services, this research opens avenues for decentralized communication models, contributing to advancements in mobile technology.
