In the current chapter, the removal of inclusions from molten steel by bubble flotation in a gas-stirred ladle and in a continuous casting mold were present. The fluid flow in an argon-stirred ladle was calculated using an Eulerian-Lagrangian model, and an inclusion removal model was established by using the species transport model. Inclusion removal by bubble flotation was considered by source terms and the Stokes removal boundary condition used to model the absorption of inclusions into the slag. The turbulent fluid flow in a typical continuous casting mold, trajectories of bubbles, and their path length in the mold are calculated. The variation in the inclusion size distribution due to removal by bubble float in the mold was calculated based on the attachment probability of inclusion to each bubble and computed bubble path length.
