The multiphase multicomponent kinetic model considering reactions among steel-slag-slag modifier-inclusion-refractory-alloy-air during the steel LF refining process was firstly validated using experimental measurements. The established multiphase kinetic model was used to predict the composition evolution of inclusions in the steel during ESR refining process and to predict the evolution of slag-entrained inclusions in the molten steel with time.

摘要

The multiphase multicomponent kinetic model considering reactions among steel-slag-slag modifier-inclusion-refractory-alloy-air during the steel LF refining process was firstly validated using experimental measurements. The established multiphase kinetic model was used to predict the composition evolution of inclusions in the steel during ESR refining process and to predict the evolution of slag-entrained inclusions in the molten steel with time.
