The Influence of Hybrid Algorithm in Manet for Estimating the Capacity of Quality of Service
摘要
The routing of an Ad-hoc network is very difficult with the mobile nodes as the path between the communicating nodes will be destroyed and generated repeatedly and owing to this non-deterministic polynomial nature of the routing, and node mobility behavior, MANETs also seem to be difficult in finding the path between the communicating nodes. Numerous researches were made in the past with a strong focus on discovering a feasible path between the source and the destination just with the single parameter as the shorter path with hop counts and found that the Quality of service (QoS) is the best choice for interconnecting a mobile network withers with a wireless network or the wired network. Meeting the requirements of QoS like their applications and topology, research has found a path between the source and the destination but, it has become a challenging task in mobile networks today. Though the QoS-aware protocol was aimed at finding a feasible and stable path in-between the source and the destination nodes upon meeting the requirements of QoS, its routing feature in real-time applications can be as a stand-alone multi-hop mobile network. Combining the cellular automata (CA) together with the African Buffalo Optimization (ABO) and the hybrid genetic algorithm (GA), a new method has been proposed here with energy and delay aware routing protocols for paths selecting optimization in the ad-hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV) routing protocol and thus the research was concluded with two QoS parameters of delay and energy which has been found for routing. Both for the identification of a set of routes and selecting a good route among them, the CA-based routing algorithm has been used with the help of a hybrid algorithm. Thus it was concluded that the proposed approach here shows a better performance than the AODV with GA and CA through the generated simulation results.
