The development of an application for managing construction projects and home services using the Recognize, Scrutinize, Materialize (RSM) methodology. The research begins with a comprehensive benchmarking process to identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing similar applications and to understand user preferences through the development of user personas. The Scrutinize phase involves designing a user-friendly interface based on gathered data and insights, followed by the development and testing of an initial prototype. The Materialize phase focuses on refining the application through iterative feedback and eventually launching it in phases, supported by continuous user feedback to ensure the application's effectiveness and adaptability. This research underscores the necessity of a systematic and structured approach in application development to meet both functional and user experience expectations. The results demonstrate that the application not only satisfies basic operational needs but also enhances efficiency and productivity in project management. This facilitates a smoother transition of the construction industry into a digital era, thereby improving customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement. The study contributes to the understanding of integrating advanced technology in construction management, highlighting the potential for significant improvements in project oversight and stakeholder communication.

摘要
