Springer, Berlin, 2006).WSNs are networked systems of spatially distributed autonomous sensors that are primarily used to monitor and record physical conditions in the environment, such as temperature, sound, and vibration. These networks not only sense the environment, but also process and transmit the collected data to provide real-time information for decision-making.
