The mathematical modeling in health tourism system based on informational principles of management processes is explored. Mathematical modeling that makes it possible to optimize decision-making in the field of medical care as well as to forecast the results of clinical medicine and health tourism is substantiated. Methods of mathematical modeling used for planning processes in health tourism services, evaluating results of health tourism services provision, health tourism financing, economic state of health assessments as well as for forecasting health outcomes are proposed. The experience of traditional mathematical modeling as well as the experience in the practical field (biostatistics, medical research) for improving people’s lives by reducing mortality, morbidity, and permanent and temporary consequences of diseases and injuries is transferred.
