The objective of this project is to develop a program that will help businesses and their employees maintain better track of employee attendance, time off, real-time locations, and records of all field workers. The desired outcome was achieved through the utilization of Flutter, a software development kit (SDK) created by Google, which facilitates the construction of applications for both Android and iOS platforms. One can effectively track their productivity by installing an attendance monitoring app on their mobile device. This function may be particularly beneficial for employees who work at a distant location, often depart from the office for client meetings, or engage in business-related travel. Location-tracking-based attendance programs have rapidly supplanted conventional punch cards as the favored means of documenting attendance within a brief timeframe. The system effectively handles the security requirements of each user, such as the prevention of concurrent sign-ins, through the use of a distinct identity that is kept in the keychain. The main objective of this study was to elucidate the utilization of Google’s Firebase in conjunction with Flutter for the purpose of implementing HR Management functionalities, such as geofencing, Attendance Management, and Leave Status Records. The program retrieves data from Firebase, does data processing, and afterward visualizes the data points on a Google Map, enabling employers to monitor the locations of their workers as needed. The implementation of our proposed HR Management program will provide several advantages for any organization. These benefits encompass a reduction in the allocation of resources towards administrative duties associated with personnel management, leading to enhanced productivity and improved precision.
