Retrieval of Components from PCB Using Humanoid Robot

This work depicts our experience fostering a framework to know the thickness of the component present PCB and also removal of components from them using humanoid equipped RGB cameras. The proposed work which deals with the components in light of proper packed and aligned components are removed with the help of image processing technology and RGB cameras. This works with the utilization of mathematical imperatives that assist to reduce visual ambiguities. These components are joined with classifiers in light of visual to deliver an effective and powerful strategy to remove the components; we likewise propose a bunch of robot that help to remove the components successfully through programing. A servo machine is utilized to control the center around picking objects with level surface. The proposed approach can accomplish fitting everything low energy-saving. The working module preparation is designed. The traditional method hires a human to remove the components on PCB but here a problem arises which effected in efficiency, accuracy, and damage of PCB board that makes we cannot use the same PCB for the other time. To avoid all these issues, we are using a humanoid robot. This robot can easily pluck the components by using a servo motor which works with suction technology and it can visualizes the components with the help of RGB cameras this will help the robot to identify the component easily and it can remove the component correctly.
