This chapter explores a range of interconnected methodological approaches, contextually rooted, to provide the space and capacity for engagement and discussion with competing perspectives. In this Study, this multilevel multimethod approach provides a framework for examining values, based on a complex theological premise of alternative interpretations. Such a framework enables the study to examine and analyse the multifaceted relationship between political context and gender rights within the rise of Islamism; add richness to research that helps to avoid simplistic explanations of complex phenomena as well as encompass the concomitant expansion of conservative interpretations of shariah, family life and family law.

摘要

This chapter explores a range of interconnected methodological approaches, contextually rooted, to provide the space and capacity for engagement and discussion with competing perspectives. In this Study, this multilevel multimethod approach provides a framework for examining values, based on a complex theological premise of alternative interpretations. Such a framework enables the study to examine and analyse the multifaceted relationship between political context and gender rights within the rise of Islamism; add richness to research that helps to avoid simplistic explanations of complex phenomena as well as encompass the concomitant expansion of conservative interpretations of shariah, family life and family law.
