A Survey of Ethics in Aadhaar, Cybersecurity, and Healthcare Data
摘要
In the face of raising enterprises over data breaches and sequestration contraventions, this study intricately examines ethical confines within the Aadhaar scheme, cybersecurity, and digital healthcare. Checking the impact of the Aadhaar frame on individual sequestration, the exploration critically analyses both its graces and limitations. Addressing emergent pitfalls in the cybersecurity sphere, the study proposes strategies for visionary data breach forestalment. Shovelling into digital healthcare, ethical nuances girding health data, encompassing collection, storehouse, and innovative technologies like telemedicine, are explored. A relative analysis of global nonsupervisory fabrics enhances our understanding of data protection. This check offers perceptivity to guide policymakers and interpreters, emphasizing the imperative for a comprehensive approach to responsibly manage information in our decreasingly digitized society.
