SF6 is commonly used in GIS to suppress flashover along the surface, but it can produce harmful gas due to partial discharge in GIS during long-term operation. And sulfur hexafluoride itself emits into the air will cause atmospheric pollution. In order to curb the direct emission of SF6, protect the environment, ensure health, promote the safe operation of electrical equipment, and save the operation and maintenance cost of power grid, the SF control was carried out. Gas recovery, treatment and reuse work is particularly important. This paper introduces in detail the decomposition way of SF6 into harmful gas, the method of detecting the harmful gas components in SF6, the recovery and storage method of sulfur hexafluoride waste gas, and the harmless reuse method of SF6.

摘要
