The purpose of this paper is to analyze the phenomenon and influencing factors of bearing voltage which causes the bearing electric corrosion of metro traction motor, and to put forward and verify the suppression measures of bearing voltage. The article firstly points out that high bearing voltage is the direct cause of bearing electric corrosion; secondly, it analyzes the causes of bearing voltage based on the characteristics of the subway system, at the same time, it introduces the characteristics of the subway bearing voltage, builds a simulation test bed to reproduce the subway bearing voltage waveform, and carries out the theoretical analysis; finally, a simulation model is established for the simulation test bed to further verify the formation mechanism of subway bearing voltage, and the effect of grounding inductance on bearing voltage is also studied. This paper reproduces the subway bearing voltage waveform through experiments, explains the characteristics of subway bearing voltage through theoretical analysis, verifies the causes and influencing factors of subway bearing voltage through simulation, and finally proves two effective bearing voltage suppression measures through experiments.

摘要
