Coordinated and Optimized Operation of Micro-Grid and Distribution Network Considering Low-Carbon Operation

With the deepening of the energy crisis and the promotion of low-carbon policies, distributed generation has been vigorously promoted to alleviate the dual pressure of energy and the environment. The application of micro-grid technology provides an intermediate layer between distributed generation and grid, increases the ability of the distribution network to accept intermittent distributed generation, improves the reliability of distribution network operation, and enhances the self-healing ability of the distribution network. Considering carbon emission constraints, the coordinated and non-coordinated operation of conventional units in microgrids and distribution networks is studied, and a two-level optimization model for low-carbon optimization and economically coordinated operation is established. The bi-level optimization model is solved by using the dichotomy method. It can not only ensure the safety of the distribution network, but also ensure the enthusiasm and stability of the micro-grid; Maximize the interests of both parties, reduce carbon emissions at the same time, and realize low-carbon economic development.
