In mountainous and inaccessible areas with complicated terrain, ropeway transportation technology is playing an increasingly important role. But in the heavy power grid construction process, the pressure of personal safety risk control is heavy. At present, the major causes of accidents on mountain ropeways are unauthorized loading of people and overweight transportation, so it is particularly important to take early warning measures for these two types of accidents. Traditional mechanical monitoring methods require significant cost and has a lag in the accident alarm. In addition, the existing video ball and other safety control methods cannot provide deep learning, intelligent analysis, on-site to stop violations. In this paper, a combination of multi-sensor information fusion technology and wireless transmission of the mountain ropeway monitoring system are proposed, to realize the safety monitoring of unauthorized loading and overweight transportation, and prohibit unauthorized removal of the monitoring equipment. The safety control device can timely and effectively stop the freight ropeway site operation violations, eliminate potential safety hazards and safeguard the site operation safety can be controlled, in control.
