Research on the Method of Load Capacity Improving for a Type of Half Size Hermetically Sealed Relay Under Limit Space
摘要
The half size hermetically sealed electromagnetic relay (HSER), which obeys M39016, used in the aerospace field has the characteristics of small size (usually half size) and good environmental adaptability. With the increase of system complexity, its load capacity reliability requirements continue to increase. Firstly, the failure mechanism of the product under heavy load conditions of the relay is analyzed. The contact erosion caused by long-term arcing. The limited space limits the effectiveness of the traditional design method of increasing the contact displacement to ensure stable arc extinguishing. Based on the single factor analysis method, the main influencing factors of the shape and position parameters affecting the space maximization are determined by taking the maximum threshold of the electromagnetic system retention force and the operating voltage as the upper and lower limits respectively, and the maximum design scheme of the contact displacement is realized. Considering the heating problem under high load conditions, the heat dissipation latent path under high load conditions is found through thermal path analysis. The finite element model simulation is established to verify the effect of the thermal path optimization scheme, and the design of the heat sink installation scheme is realized. Based on the above design method, the prototype is made and the production test is carried out. Finally, according to the results of life test, the effectiveness of the method is confirmed.
