The 750kV transmission line is the main transmission mode of China's Northwest Power Grid. In recent years, due to the increasing tension of the land of transmission corridor in China and its own higher voltage level, it will inevitably cause the occurrence of transient electric shock phenomenon under the transmission line, which causes human discomfort and panic. Therefore, this paper investigates the prevention and control measures of transient electric shock on agricultural metal frames under transmission lines, in order to find a reasonable inhibition method of transient electric shock. This paper analyzes the effects of different prevention measures on transient electric shock under transmission lines in Comsol finite element simulation software, and proposes that: setting up shielding lines, shielding nets, planting protective forests and other measures under transmission lines have good prevention effects on transient electric shock. The results of the study can provide a reference basis for the prevention and control of transient electric shock underneath UHV transmission lines.
