Laser simultaneous wireless information and power transfer technology (LSWIPT), as a technology with great development potential in the current field of consumer electronics, has achieved great development in recent years. However, the problem of low communication rate has not been well solved. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a scheme for information modulation using harmonics, designs a pulse current source, and proposes an information loading strategy that adds disturbance to the switching tube driving signal carrier, and adds a signal extraction channel at the receiving end. It was used to extract harmonic information. Finally, a simulation model was built and experiments were conducted to verify the feasibility of the proposed system. It achieved synchronous transmission of laser energy information with 8.3 W optical power and 200 kb / s data transmission rate.
