The Research on the Relation of GIS Equipment Status and Characteristic Parameters Under the Superimposition of Power Frequency and Transient Voltage
摘要
During actual operation, Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) may be affected by transient overvoltage intrusion and the internal gas state of the equipment, which in turn stimulates potential defects inside the GIS equipment. Insulation state detection and analysis of GIS equipment have traditionally only focused on partial discharge issues under the effect of power frequency voltage. This paper, based on impulse voltage parameters and gas state parameters, and combined with parameters such as ultra-high frequency-optical information that effectively reflects changes in the occurrence and development of partial discharge, constructs a representative data set of the status of GIS equipment under superimposed voltage. The study found that the insulation state of GIS equipment can be indirectly expressed by two evaluation indicators: the length of metal foreign bodies and the distance of the metal foreign bodies from high-voltage electrodes. Finally, principal component factor analysis and maximum correlation minimum redundancy criteria were used to explore the relationship between the evaluation indicators reflecting the insulation state of GIS equipment and feature parameters. The number of feature parameters was simplified from 28 to 16 and ranked according to the correlation with the insulation state.
