Proposal and Validation of the Vector Hysteresis Model Considering the Effect of Pressure

Magnetic materials will be affected by non-magnetic factors such as temperature, pressure and stress in actual working conditions, which will change the magnetic properties of magnetic materials, thus affecting the simulation results. A vector hysteresis model considering the effect of pressure is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on the magnetization mechanism of ferromagnetic materials, a vector hysteresis operator is proposed, an energy calculation formula considering magnetostatic energy and anisotropic energy is proposed, and an octagonal star rule is proposed to determine the current magnetization state of ferromagnetic materials. Then the proposed model is modified considering the influence of pressure, and the different distribution functions under different pressures are proposed. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by comparing the experimental results with the simulation results.
