As the core institution of vocational education training, the Faculty Development Center (FDC) of vocational colleges undertakes the important task of improving the teaching level of vocational education and the professional quality of teachers. This paper aims to study the service innovation and development of the teacher development center in higher vocational colleges, take the innovation and service development of the teacher development center in Changzhou College of Information Technology as the practical research object, clarify the service innovation role of the teacher development center, and analyze the function of the teacher development center—to provide strong support for the upgrading and development of higher vocational education.
