To bolster students’ professional identity, especially at the undergraduate level, certain institutions have embraced an immersion teaching approach in hotel management education, increasing the emphasis on practical instruction. Focusing on undergraduate hotel management students from three colleges in Shanghai, this study employed questionnaires and utilized multinomial logistic regression for data analysis.
