Theory of Efficient Nutrient Utilization in Maize-Soybean Strip Intercropping
摘要
Efficient nutrient utilization is the basis of high crop yield, while improved nutrient utilization efficiency is mainly achieved through the selection and breeding of high-efficiency nutrient varieties, and the application of efficient nutrient management measures. Intercropping has proved to be a high-yield, efficient, and sustainable agricultural practice, especially maize-soybean strip intercropping, through the ground underground synergy and root spatial distribution difference, the use of soybean nitrogen fixation potential, to reduce chemical nitrogen input, at the same time, and to ensure the nutrient supply needed for crop production.
