The teaching materials about problem solving are selected from the junior middle school mathematics textbook of Beijing Normal University Edition. The teachers present the teaching design by reference to the teaching materials. Then, with the guidance of experts and peer discussion, they make continuous improvement to carry out the teaching design that can reflect the compilation idea of the textbook. In the reflection, they have a deeper understanding of the textbook and the compilation intention of the textbook, so as to promote the professional growth of teachers and the effective implementation of the textbook.
